This is a monthly subscription support option that necessitates at least one server license or can be coupled with a SaaS cloud product. The level of support and remediation depends on the services you have chosen and our access to support. If an issue is related to a service you haven’t engaged us to maintain, or if we lack necessary access to the SaaS application, our ability to remediate the issue is limited. All support is provided under the master service agreement. This service includes vendor liaison services where necessary but does not encompass the implementation of the application or SaaS product.
