This is a monthly subscription support option that requires at least one Pak license for a device or team member. Support and remediation is dependent upon the services you choose. If an issue is related to a service you have not engaged us to maintain, then we are limited in what we can do to remediate that issue. All support is rendered under the Master Service Agreement.
