“Server Maintenance and Support” license is a monthly subscription and covers one server. Non-maintained servers are not included in any support or protection services. Support and remediation is dependent upon the services you choose. If an issue is related to a service you have not engaged us to maintain, then we are limited in what we can do to remediate that issue. All support is rendered under the master service agreement.
